Shipping Policy – Coorganic

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 working days.
Remote areas may take 5–7 working days.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges: Rs. 200 – Rs. 300
Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2500

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
Customers must pay full amount at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or not delivered, contact us within 5 days.
Make sure your address and phone number are correct.

7. Failed Delivery

If customer is unavailable, courier will attempt delivery 2 times.
After that, order will be cancelled.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or missing product:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Share pictures/video proof
